How long will it take to receive my order?
The delivery time is calculated from the confirmation of payment on a working day, i.e. excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
After confirmation of purchase, the order will be processed, which will take 1 to 3 days depending on demand. Rest assured that 97% of orders are shipped within 1 business day.
How do I track my order?
You can track it using the tracking code sent to the registration email.
Depending on the weight of the item being shipped, there may be a delay in the tracking code for some items.
If your code doesn’t work, please be patient and try again next time.
I received my product but it was incomplete.
Often, when your order has multiple items, they may be shipped separately as we use different warehouse channels. You may receive the items on different dates. Therefore, please do not worry if you do not receive all your orders immediately. We will contact you.
Will I receive the product at home?
Yes, most orders are shipped to a delivery address.
However, if the address cannot be found or multiple attempts at delivery fail (address unavailable), you may have to pick up your order at your local post office.
We ask that you track your order using the tracking code provided in the email so that if you wait longer for pickup, the order will not be returned to the sender.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
Most orders ship the next day.
Please email us the day you place your order so we can update your address before we ship.
We are unable to make any corrections after the order has shipped.
