Accepting requests

When we send you an e-mail confirming that the goods have been shipped, it means that your order has been accepted and the contract between you and us has been completed. The contract will only cover the products listed in the confirmation email sent when the products leave the factory.

Delivery and pick-up

We guarantee the shipping process for all orders until the items are delivered or picked up. Upon pickup, you must sign the receipt acknowledgement. By signing the receipt, you become responsible for the merchandise. If the selector is not the original purchaser or the gift has been delivered, you accept the signature of said person as proof of delivery and that we have fulfilled your order and accepted the transfer of responsibility thereof.
